Data & Account Deletion
You are in control of your data. This page explains how to disconnect Gmail, delete specific data, or remove your account entirely.
Disconnect Gmail
- 1
Open Account Settings
Sign in to Atlas Inspections and click your avatar or name in the top-right corner, then select Account settings. - 2
Find the Gmail connection
Scroll to the Connected accounts section. You'll see your linked Gmail address listed there. - 3
Disconnect
Click Disconnect next to your Gmail address. Atlas will immediately revoke its access token and will no longer be able to send email on your behalf. - 4
Revoke via Google (optional)
For extra assurance, visit Google Account Permissions and remove the Atlas Inspections entry.
Delete your account
- 1
Open Account Settings
Sign in and navigate to Account settings via the avatar menu. - 2
Request account deletion
Scroll to the Danger zone section and click Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm by typing your email address. - 3
Confirm deletion
After confirmation, your account is queued for deletion. We will delete or anonymize all personal data associated with your account — including your profile, inspection data, field notes, and Gmail tokens — within 30 days. - 4
Receive confirmation
You'll receive an email confirming the deletion request. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us directly.
This action is permanent. Deleted accounts cannot be restored, and inspection data associated with the account cannot be recovered after deletion is complete.
What data is deleted
