A structure is the project/building record created in Atlas; CRM jobs are not billed separately. Standard is $99 per monthly billing period in USD and includes one newly created non-demo structure. The allowance resets each period and does not roll over. Each additional structure is confirmed before creation and adds a $99 line item to the next invoice. Archive is $49 per monthly billing period for signed-in, read-only access to retained work by existing authorized users. Enterprise pricing, billing terms, services, and contractual limits are custom and provided in writing. Ask for exact terms.
Common questions
What hardware does Atlas support?
Temperature availability depends on the exact camera, firmware and file format. Supported parsing is not camera-accuracy certification; ordinary RGB photos and video do not contain radiometric temperatures.
Can I invite clients?
Yes. Atlas Standard includes unlimited internal and client collaborators without per-seat charges.
Do you support 3D models?
3D model generation — Coming soon. Creating new 3D models from photos or video is not released. No release date has been announced. Maps and authorized viewing or downloads of existing and imported models are separate capabilities. A subscription entitlement does not make an unreleased feature available.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Standard can move to the $49 monthly read-only Archive plan, or cancellation can end workspace access after the exact paid-through date. Cancellation does not request company deletion. Existing paid customers keep their explicitly grandfathered terms until an operator intentionally migrates them.
