Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Atlas Inspections platform ("Service"), operated by Atlas Logic ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including inspectors, administrators, and client-portal viewers.

Atlas Inspections is a SaaS platform for thermal inspection teams. It provides tools for capturing radiometric imagery, annotating thermal findings, generating client reports, managing buildings and jobs, scheduling crews, invoicing clients, and sending inspection deliverables via Gmail integration.

Access to the platform is provided via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share your account access with unauthorized parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or violate applicable law.

The Service is offered on Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans as described on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are in USD and subject to change with reasonable notice.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrading may reduce access to features or data that exceeds the limits of the new plan.

You retain ownership of all thermal images, photos, annotations, field notes, and other inspection data ("Your Content") that you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Atlas Logic a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.

If you connect your Gmail account, you authorize Atlas Logic to send emails on your behalf using the gmail.send scope, strictly for emails you initiate within the platform. You may revoke this authorization at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with the Service's performance or availability.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform.
• Use the Gmail integration to send spam or unsolicited commercial email.

All platform code, design, trademarks, and content provided by Atlas Logic (excluding Your Content) are owned by Atlas Logic or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of Atlas Logic's intellectual property to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Atlas Inspections is a software tool. Thermal analysis outputs are generated based on the data you provide and are not a substitute for qualified engineering or inspection judgment.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ATLAS LOGIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll update the effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice (such as an in-app announcement). Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
