Catch electrical faults
before they cause failures

Overloaded connections, loose terminations, and imbalanced loads all show up in thermal imagery long before they trip a breaker or start a fire. Atlas turns those readings into delta-T graded findings your client can prioritise and act on.

What Atlas detects

Every hot spot, graded by severity

Atlas reads calibrated temperature data from your FLIR, Autel, and DJI cameras so every finding carries an actual temperature reading — not a colour judgment from a palette.

Hot-spot identification

Surface overheating connections, lugs, breakers, and switch-gear components before resistance increases to the point of failure.

Delta-T severity grading

Each finding is graded against ambient or phase-matched components. Advisory, action required, and critical thresholds match NFPA 70B and IEC 60364 conventions.

Imbalanced load detection

Phase imbalances show up as asymmetric thermal patterns across three-phase panels. Atlas lets you annotate and report each phase independently.

Annotated findings

Draw directly on thermal imagery to mark the component, the temperature reading, and the recommended action — all of which carry into the final PDF.

Radiometric ingest

Import R-JPEG, R-TIFF, and FLIR radiometric formats. Atlas extracts the calibrated temperature plane automatically — no manual post-processing.

Standards-referenced reports

Reference delta-T thresholds and recommended action categories directly in the report so clients and their electricians know exactly what each finding means.

Inspection workflow

From panel to report without the paperwork

Electrical inspections generate a lot of imagery across a lot of panels. Atlas organises it by asset, applies your severity thresholds automatically, and assembles the report while you finish the last switchboard.

1. Capture

Photograph panels, switch-gear, and distribution boards with any FLIR, Autel, or DJI thermal camera. Atlas ingests radiometric files of all major formats.

2. Triage findings

Step through imagery in the thermal viewer. Apply delta-T severity labels and attach field notes to each anomaly.

3. Grade & prioritise

Severity classifications sort findings so the most critical items lead the report — and the client's electrician knows where to start.

4. Deliver

A branded PDF lists every finding with its annotated image, measured temperature, delta-T, severity grade, and recommended action.

What teams get

Evidence that moves work orders forward

A delta-T graded report with annotated imagery gives facility managers and their electrical contractors everything they need to schedule the right repair at the right priority — without a second visit.
