Why naive R-JPEG parsing gets it wrong

Modern DJI thermal stills embed measurement data that requires the manufacturer's decode pipeline; shortcut approaches that scrape EXIF constants can produce temperatures that are wildly off without looking wrong. Atlas uses the DJI Thermal SDK for recognized R-JPEGs and flags unavailable measurements, without converting SDK parity into a physical-accuracy claim.
